46The Sunset After a Typhoon
"Beauty is be guiding call to death." -Guy Ritchie
I've been watching a lot of movies and I found this quote, both
beautiful and true, that I wanted to write about it; but the quote is
so long I can't find the attention span to focus long enough to write
after a quote that long.
The closer I get to the edge of breaking boundaries the more I feel
that I haven't been living all along. It sounds confusing but this
quote may best describe that feeling.
It starts off with the 4 walls of a pack of smokes...
"You will notice that one of your personalities is seduced by the illusions of grander.
A gold packet of king size with a regal insignia. An attractive
implication toward glamour and wealth. A subtle suggestion that
cigarettes are your royal and loyal friends, and that Pete is a lie.
Your other personality is trying to draw your attention to the flip
side of the discussion. Written in boring bold black and white is the
statement that these little neat little soldiers of death are in fact
trying to kill you, and that Pete is the truth."

haha, I love it. "The closer I get to the edge of breaking boundaries the more I feel that I haven't been living all along..." I totally get this.
